Mairin Ashley McGinley, Esq.
Mairin Ashley McGinley is an associate attorney with Morgan & DiSalvo, P.C., the Alpharetta law firm dedicated to helping individuals and families plan and prepare for the many changes that life brings. Originally from Fort Myers, Florida, Mairin has adopted Georgia as her home. After graduating with her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of South Florida, Mairin earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Mairin is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, where she serves as a Contributing Editor of The Mortmain, which is published by the Estate Planning and Probate Section for its members. During law school, Mairin served as the President of the Education Law Student Association, as well as a Chairperson for the Public Interest Law Council. As Chairperson, Mairin planned student volunteering trips to public interest law offices. Additionally, Mairin was a research assistant at the University of Georgia School of Law, as well as a Student Editor for the Education Law & Policy Review, a publication by the Education Law Consortium.
While in law school, Mairin served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Patty Laine, a Probate Court Judge for Hall County, Georgia; as well as for the Honorable Judge David Sweat and the Honorable Judge Lawton Stephens, both of the Western Judicial Circuit of Georgia. Additionally, Mairin interned for the Alcovy District Attorney’s Office, where she appeared before the Superior Court under the Third Year Practice Act.
Outside of the office, Mairin enjoys spending time with her family and friends, especially her nieces and nephew, as well as spending her time traveling, hiking, and fishing.
