Richard M. Morgan Elected – Fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel

Estate Planning Attorneys Morgan and DiSalvo, P.C. announced today that Richard M. Morgan has been elected as a Fellow in The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). This is a significant accomplishment as only 50 Attorneys in the entire State of Georgia are currently Fellows of ACTEC.

Established in 1949, The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel is a nonprofit association of 2,600 trust and estate lawyers peer-elected to membership based on substantial contributions to the field of trusts and estates law. ACTEC Fellows are elected to the College by demonstrating the highest level of integrity, commitment to the profession, competence and experience as trust and estate counselors.

Richard’s election to this prestigious position as an American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Fellow is an endorsement of Richard’s outstanding accomplishments and dedication to the Practice of Trusts and Estates.
