Single Person with Children: 2 Critical Questions

Hello, this is Richard Morgan at Morgan and DiSalvo. This is part of our back-to-the-basics newsletter series. This topic is on the two critical questions to be answered by an individual who has children and how we want to provide for those children at the individual’s passing. Question number one is how to pass the assets down to the children at their death and number two is what document should that plan be located in? Should that plan be located in a will as your main document or should it be located in what’s called a revocable living trust as your main document?
